Bilingual Property Manager

 

The ideal individual will have:

At least two years’ experience at the Manager level or above within the property management industry.
Working knowledge of principles and practices of property management record keeping.
Strong background in turnaround properties.
Demonstrated proficiency in Property Management Software; Onesite is preferred.
The ability to develop a sense of community amongst staff and residents.
Model a positive customer service attitude that demonstrates an understanding and sensitivity to residents with different cultural backgrounds, economic status and those with special needs.
Strong ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, including excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Bilingual in Spanish/English necessary.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Google email.
The ability to complete tasks thoroughly and accurately without constant supervision, and demonstrate positive leadership skills.
